Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-making method that can produce the paper having not only increased tear index and drainage but also increased specific compressive strength and internal bonds and the like in the production of paper and paper board by using aluminum sulfate. SOLUTION: A water-diluted solution of an amphoteric acrylamide polymer is mixed with a water-diluted solution of a water-soluble aluminum compound at a specific ratio and the resultant mixture is further mixed with a pulp slurry. Finally a water-diluted solution of an amphoteric acrylamide polymer is admixed to the resultant pulp slurry mixture.
