Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition that can be used without need of a frame in a method of repairing a concrete structure or the like and can be applied to a wet or moist surface of a concrete structure to be repaired and that is lightweight and inexpensive and is excellent in safety against fire, elasticity, strength and curing rate. SOLUTION: This lightweight elastic composition comprises a synthetic resin emulsion, an added surfactant, a self-emulsifiable diisocyanate and rubber chips in a ratio of 10-60 pts.wt. synthetic resin emulsion, 1-15 pts.wt. self-emulsifiable diisocyanate and 5-75 pts.wt. rubber chips per 100 pts.wt. lightweight elastic composition and in a ratio of 0.1-10 phr added surfactant based on the solids content of the synthetic resin emulsion. In some cases, Portland cement may be used in substitution for the diisocyanate.
