Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation and/or food coadjuvant useful for the treatment or prevention of deficient symptoms in gestation period or lactation period. SOLUTION: The preparation contains at least one kind of physiologically active iron complex and at least one kind of free or chemically bonded unsaturated fatty acid. It may further contain an antioxidant and folic acid. The iron complex is selected from iron (III) maltol, iron (III) hydroxide polymaltose, 3-hydroxy-4-pyrone-iron complex and their derivatives and 3-hydroxypyrid-2-one, ferrocene and pentacarbonyl iron. The polybasic unsaturated fatty acid is selected from eicosapentaenoic acid, 5,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid. |
