Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel without needing to hold harness on the back side of the instrument panel and moreover free from the possibility of the harness interfering with other parts arranged on the back side of the instrument panel and the generation of unpleasant sound during the travel of an automobile. SOLUTION: This instrument panel 1 is formed of a base material 5, a foam body 7 laminated on the surface of the base material 5, and an outer skin 9 laminated on the foam body 7. In this case, a harness storage groove 13 for accommodating harness 3 formed of a bundle of flexible electric wires is formed on the foam body 7 side surface of the base material 5, and the harness 3 is embedded between the base material 5 and the foam body 7 by filling a foaming solution on the surface of the harness 3 to form the foam body 7 after molding.
