SOLUTION: This processor is provided with a characteristic storing part 22 for storing information representing the output characteristic of an image outputting part 3, a deciding part 21 for deciding whether the pixel under consideration of binary image data is located at an edge and a correcting part 23 correcting the image data of the pixel under consideration, on the basis of the output characteristic stored in the part 22 when the part 21 decides that the pixel under consideration is located at an edge.
