FENDER SEAL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the flow out of a water entered in the clearance formed between a fender panel and front pillar to the periphery of a door hinge. SOLUTION: A fender seal 11 is composed of a main body 14, lip parts 15a, 15b and rib 16 and fixed to a fender panel 17 by a clip 20. The main body 14 and lip part 15b of the fender seal 11 are stuck to the folding back part 18 of the fender panel 17 and the fixed side 23 of a door hinge 22 fixed on a front pillar 21 is stickingly push-pressed by the lip part 15a so that the clearance S is sealed. Thereby, the water entered to the clearance S is passed along the rib 16 and introduced to the downside in the fender panel 17 and discharged to the car outside and not streamed out to the door hinge 22 direction.
