Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel-bearing device with reduced number of parts, in which the attachment of a brake rotor is not required. SOLUTION: A disc rotor 5 for braking is integrally formed on a wheel- installing flange 6 of an inner member main body 9. Rolling surfaces 10, 11 opposite to plural rows of rolling surfaces 2, 3 of an outer member 4 are provided on inner ring members 12, 13 separately press-fitted to the peripheral surface of a tubular portion 8 of the inner member main body 9. Accordingly, since it is not necessary that a brake rotor should be attached to a wheel bearing device to reduce the number of parts, and excellent braking function and bearing function are implemented by selectively using FC cast iron with excellent seizure resistance and rigid bearing steel for the inner member main body 9 and inner ring members 12, 13, respectively.
