PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a resource managing device able to flexibly deal with the change or extension of the form of management in a resource managing device constituted by integrating a management object. SOLUTION: This resource managing device is provided with a management object 11 having information to be supplied to the monitor of the specific hierarchy of resources to be monitored as a data base 10, for executing an operation based on the procedure of the management to the data base and a single or plural instances 12 for executing prescribed processing related with the management of the low rank hierarchy. In this case, the instances individually inform the management object of both or one of the situations and phenomena of the low rank hierarchy, and the management object is constituted by summarizing both or one of the situations and phenomena indicated by messages communicated by the instances.
