Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten imposition check time which is insufficient only by speed feedforward compensation in a control system for positioning a servo motor. SOLUTION: In a control system 1, an arithmetic unit 2 outputs an equivalent signal v preliminarily set as a value equivalent to a speed command signal. The equivalent signal v is inputted through a feedforward control part 20 to a comparator 19. At the time of the generation of transition from a state that the change of a target position signal r is present to a state that the change is absent, the feedforward control part 20 turns on the equipment signal v, and when a fixed time is laped therefrom, or when position deviation value reach a fixed value or more, the feedforward controlling part 20 turns off the equivalent signal v. An output signal x and the equivalent signal v are inputted to a comparator 19, and the larger signal is outputted. Thus, even after the change of the target position signal r is absent, and the output signal x is made small, the equivalent signal v is feedforwarded, so that an imposition check time can be shortened. |
