Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining pipe having less possibility of communicating a through-hole formed on a pipe with a lining layer even when soil pressure or hydraulic pressure is applied to the lining layer over a long time, and also less possibility of leakage of fluid inside the pipe accompanied with breakage of the pipe. SOLUTION: The lining layer 2 is formed on an inner side of the lining pipe 1. The lining layer 2 is composed of an outer lining layer 2a arranged on an inner peripheral side of the pipe 2 in a closely contact manner, and an automorphic inner lining layer 2b arranged on an inner peripheral side of the outer lining layer 2a in a closely contact manner. The outer lining layer 2a is made of elastic and soft material layer 3 arranged between the pipe 1 and the inner lining layer 2b in a pressurized state.
