Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To faciliate installation by interposing an interference preventive spacer member such as a washer positioned in the radial direction to a screw member between respective members. SOLUTION: A front pillar 2 of a car body 1 as a base member is covered with a front pillar garnish composed of resin, and a fastening piece 7 having a fastening hole 7a is arranged in a base end part of the front pillar garnish 3. A fastening piece 8 having a fastening hole 8a is also arranged in a fender member 4. These fastening piece 7 and fastening piece 8 are fastened together by a bolt 10 as a screw member by interposing an inteference preventive spacer member such as a washer 9 to hold the front pillar garnish 3 and the fender member 4.
