Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain favorable sound insulation and vibration insulation performances even in a hard and thin rubber plate by forming hollow holes in the section of the rubber plate so that a compressive deformation and a shear deformation arise in the rubber plate when a compressive load acts on the rubber plate. SOLUTION: A plurality of trapezoidal hollow holes 2 are alternately formed in the section of a hard and thin elastic vibration-proof rubber plate 1. An inclination of θ is given in the vertical direction of the hollow hole 2 to impart a shear displacement element. When a vertical load acts is from above the elastic vibration-proof rubber plate 1, a portion 4 of a rectangular section functions as a compressive element. A portion 3 corresponding to the inclination of the hollow hole 2 functions as a shear element against a load from above and a reaction from below and hence, a shear displacement arises. A required characteristic is obtained by combination of the compressive element and the shear element. When the vibration-proof rubber plate 1 is used between rails and sleepers as an elastic mat, the spring constant can be made constant up to a large load and a high durability can be obtained while using a thin and hard rubber plate. |
