Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper rubber pad capable of being physically and easily mounted to the lower surface of a sleeper, being efficiently and economically manufactured and being combined with the sleeper to promote durability. SOLUTION: A sleeper rubber pad 1 is mounted to the bottom of a concrete sleeper. In that case, one or more inverted trapezoidal belt projections are formed in a face opposed to a sleeper of a rubber pad main body 2, and after a form is assembled so as to turn the lower surface of the sleeper upward, concrete is cast. Then, when the concrete is unsolidified, the belt projection formed in the rubber pad is buried in the concrete to solidify the concrete, and the sleeper and rubber pad can be monolithically formed.
