Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a laminated sheet which has merits similar to thin corrugated cardboard by gluing paper on one or both sides of crape paper, does not need a corrugator, and has an optional thickness. SOLUTION: On the surface of a class A liner of US basis weight 160 g/m2, with the use of a wire bar, a water-soluble or water-dispersed adhesive such as starch, gum arabic, polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose, and vinyl alcohol, a mixture of them, stain hole paste for producing corrugated cardboard, etc., and a solvent type adhesive such as sticking glue are applied, immediately crape paper 0.85 mm in apparent thickness is laid and dried while being pressed slightly, and a laminated sheet is manufactured. In this way, the laminated sheet of an optional thickness can be obtained without using a corrugator, The sheet can be used for packaging, etc., in place of single faced corrugated cardboard. |
