SOLUTION: A die is provided with a die tip 2 of a square external shape having a cutting edge 3 of a prescribed shape, a die body 1 having a mounting hole to insert/assemble the die tip and a backing plate 5 arranged on the bottom face thereof for preventing the die tip from falling off.
