Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily suppress the generation of dioxins and to easily remove or reduce dioxins present in soil and incineration ash, by spraying pyroligneous acid, which is a dioxin treating agent, to soil, and incineration ash or waste before incineration respectively. SOLUTION: Pyroligneous acid is sprayed to and mixed with soil and incineration ash containing dioxins, thereby reducing dioxins. And the pyroligneous acid is sprayed to and mixed with waste before incineration, thereby suppressing the generation of dioxins. In this case, the pyroligneous acid is obtained by collecting gaseous component generated when wood is thermally decomposed to be carbonized, and cooling the gaseous component. It is especially preferable that crude pyroligneous acid containing a large quantity of phenols having an excellent effect to reduce dioxins is used. In addition, the spraying amount of the pyroligneous acid is appropriately determined, for example, when it is sprayed to the incineration ash, the weight of spraying pyroligneous acid is 0.1 to 5 times that of the incineration ash. |
