PIERCING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piercing tool of simple constitution capable of housing a used piercing needle inside a case by a simple operation and highly safe when executing an abandoning processing or the like. SOLUTION: This piercing tool 1A is provided with the piercing needle 2 provided with a needle tube 3 having a sharp needle tip 31 on its tip and a hub 4 fixed to the base end side, a bottomed cylindrical case 5 for housing the piercing needle 2 so as to freely project and retract the needle tip 31 and a lever 8 supported displaceably to the first and second side holes 6 and 7 of the case 5. The tapered part 41 of the hub 4 is fitted to a similarly tapered holding part 53 and the piercing needle 2 is fixed to the case 5. In the state, when the needle tip 31 is directed vertically upwards and the lever 8 is turned, a slope 42 formed at the tip of the hub 4 is pressurized, the hub 4 is moved in a base end direction and fixation to the case 5 is released. Thus, the piercing needle 2 is dropped by the gravity and housed inside the case 5.
