Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a blade to a flex without peeling a release agent applied to the surface of the flex by applying the release agent to the flex consisting of a spirally wound strip plate, and directly forming the blade on the circumferential surface thereof by use of a metallic wire or a mixed yarn thereof with a resin wire. SOLUTION: A solid core tube of silicon rubber or the like is inserted into a crush preventing flex 14 consisting of a spirally wound strip metal plate. The flex 14 is dipped in a tank filled with a release agent 17 and then pulled up, and the fleon that is a solvent is evaporated and dried. After the release agent 17 is sufficiently dried, a blade 15 is installed to the circumference. This installation is performed by directly integrating a mixed blade 15 of a synthetic resin-made wire and a metallic wire into the flex 14 installed to the core tube. According to this, since the blade 15 is successively integrated to the circumferential part of the flex 14 having the release agent 17 applied thereto, the fear of peeling the release agent 17 by the rubbing with the blade 15 can be eliminated.
