METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF FLEXIBLE TUBE FOR ENDOSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible tube for endoscope capable of increasing the density of braid reducing the irregularities on the surface of the braid, and facilitating the weaving of the braid. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a flexible tube for endoscope is formed so that a braid 2 is fitted on the outer periphery of a flex and the outer periphery of the braid 2 is covered with a skin. A process to apply a releasing agent onto a flex having a band plate wound spirally therearound and a core having an outside diameter smaller than that of the flex are used to weave the braid on the outer peripheral surface of the core at a combination angle of 45 deg., and the braid 2 is removed from the core and fitted onto the outer periphery of the flex.
