Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce coupling of a voltage applied to the final stage of a charge transfer section with a charge voltage converting section. SOLUTION: The charge transfer section comprises a section 1 for transferring charges sequentially upon receiving drive pulses 1, 2 of different phase sequentially, a plurality of electrode groups 10, 10' for applying the drive pulses 1, 2 of different phase sequentially to the charge transfer section 1, and a final transfer electrode group 20 having a power supply part P1 in front of the final state in the charge transfer direction in order to apply a final state pulse LH of the same phase as one an electrode group 10 of the plurality of electrode groups 10, 10' to the final stage of the charge transfer section 1.
