Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a semiconductor device which is constituted in such a way that the noise produced from internal circuits can be prevented from adversely affecting a constant-current source circuit and the internal circuits themselves can stably operate. SOLUTION: In a semiconductor integrated circuit device, buffers 2 and 3 are respectively provided between a constant-current source circuit 1 and internal circuits 4 and 6 which become noise producing sources. The buffers 2 and 3 respectively control the potentials VBH' and VBL' at output nodes N13 and N23 so that the potentials VBH' and VBL' may become bias potentials VBH and VBL. When noise occurs in the lines of the bias potentials VBH' and VBL' while the internal circuits 4 and 6 work, the noise is attenuated by the buffers 2 and 3. |
