Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated impedance element exhibiting excellent impedance characteristics in a high-frequency region without increasing its dimensions. SOLUTION: In a laminated impedance element prepared by laminating magnetic ceramic layers and conductor layers and then integrally sintering the laminate, the outer edges of outer electrode forming surfaces on both facets are notched to reduce the area of outer electrodes 13 and 14 formed on these facets. The notching of these facets is performed before a step of coating the electrodes 13 and 14.
