Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute positioning and fixing of a liquid crystal board of a liquid crystal display simply, precisely at a low cost. SOLUTION: In a water meter 1, a liquid crystal board 9 of a liquid crystal display 6 is arranged on the back of a display window 8 formed on a unit case 7 of a measuring unit 5. The liquid crystal board 9 is positioned in the front-to-back direction by a guide end face 22 of a liquid crystal board guide part 21 formed integrally with the unit case 7 and positioned in the lateral direction by a guide side face 23 thereof, and pushed and fixed onto the unit case 7 back by a circuit board 11 through a conductive rubber board 10 from the back side. The liquid crystal board 9 is mounted directly on the unit case 7 where the display window 8 is formed, to thereby improve positioning accuracy thereof, and a positioning and fixing work of the liquid crystal board 9 is simplified, to enable cost reduction.
