Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten torsional stress and enhance scraping capacity. SOLUTION: This centrifugal film drier is provided with a main shaft 19 which is arranged rotatably, a fixed blade 37 which is attached to the main shaft 19, and a mobile blade 35 which rotates on the inner surface of a heat conductive drum 5 through the fixed blade 37, within the cylindrical heat conductive drum 5, and a hinge pin 49 is inserted into the hinge holes 45 and 46 which are provided at the blade hinge part 44 of the fixed blade 37 and the blade hinge part 43 of the mobile blade 35, respectively, and pierce them vertically, and the mobile blade 35 is coupled rotatably with the fixed blade 37, while the hinge hole 45 of the blade hinge 43 part of the mobile blade 35 is made in the shape of an ellipse orthogonal to the main axis of rotation extending from the center axis of the main shaft 19, and the large motion of the mobile blade 35 is secured by the play space of the ellipse.
