Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an efficiency by a method wherein cold head (cold waste heat), stored in the cooling system of a refrigerating machine operated through chase operation simultaneously with the releasing of cold heat stored upon increasing the cold heat load, is utilized. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning facility 10 is provided with a cold heat supplying system 24, utilizing cold heat from a heat storage tank 16 directly or through a heat exchanger 23, in the cooling system 19 of a refrigerating machine 11 to cool the temperature of cooling water 18 of the refrigerating machine 11 utilizing cold water 13, in which cold heat is stored. The heat dissipation of the cold heat into a cold heat load 14 simultaneously with the lowering of temperature of cooling water 18 for the refrigerating machine 11, operated through chase operation, improves the operating efficiency of the refrigerating machine 11 in spite of the temperature rise of outdoor air.
