Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device for a rolling bearing to combine excellent sealing ability with size stability at low cost without using a special molder and being limited by a shape and size. SOLUTION: The whole of a sealing device 6 forms an integral molded product formed of a thermoplastic elastomer. By setting surface hardness to a range of Shore indentation hardness of D20-D70, excellent sealing ability with which flexible adhesion to a bearing (an outer ring 2) is effected is provided and simultaneously, excellent size stability is provided. Or, a part adhered to a bearing forms a sealing member formed of a thermoplastic elastomer and other most part forms a fundamental member formed of glass fiber-rein forced resin and by integrally forming the two members by ultrasonic welding, size stability is provided by the fundamental member and excellent sealing ability is provided by the sealing member.
