Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a decorative sheet of superior outer appearance quality and reducing the cost and improving the manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: An air drying type unsaturated polyester resin is applied on a recessed and projected face of a resin layer 5, and then the recessed and projected face is coated with a silicone sheet. The silicone sheet is an oxygen permeable sheet, and when the silicone sheet is released, a semi-cured prime coat clear layer 6 is formed on the recessed and projected face on the resin layer 5. Then the unsaturated polyester resin is applied on the surface of the semi-cured prime coat clear layer 6, and then the prime coat clear layer 6 is coated with a PET film sheet, a vinylon film sheet, a cellophane sheet or the like. As the prime coat clear layer 6 is in the semi-cured state, the bonding force for bonding between the prime coat clear layer 6 and a top coat clear layer 7 is made stronger.
