Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an oxygen detecting part as a thin film, to eliminate the unevenness of color tones and to form the detecting part in a portion of an oxygen absorbent by previously disposing an oxygen detecting composition on a tableting surface of one of an upper pestle and a low pestle and packing the oxygen absorbent into a cavity and applying pressure to tablet the oxygen absorbent. SOLUTION: A sheet or film-like oxygen detecting material 11 which is the oxygen detecting composition is first fixed to the tableting surface 3 of the lower pestle 2 by suction from a suction hole (Figure (a)). The oxygen detecting material 11 is then fixed to the tableting surface 3 and the lower pestle 2 is inserted into a mortar 1 (Figure (b)). A powder or granular drug composition (the oxygen absorbent) 12 having oxygen absorbability is thereafter packed into the cavity of the mortar 1 (Figure (c)). Next, the oxygen detecting material 11 is fixed similarly to the upper pestle 5 (Figure (d)) and is subjected to tableting under pressure from about 0.5 tons to about 3 tons (Figure (e)). The upper pestle 5 is then retreated and when the lower pestle 2 is further inserted, the oxygen absorbent 12 may be obtained (Figure (f)). |
