SOLUTION: The exhauster 6 capable of spray-washing even during operation is provided between a dust collector 2 for removing the solid particles in waste gas and a gas adsorption device 3 for adsorbing and removing harmful acidic gas in the waste gas. A water spray nozzle 6a is provided at the exhauster 6, and the inside impeller, etc., is subjected to acid-washing by using the acidic gas passing through the inside of the exhauster 6.
