Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a powder seasoning capable of preventing drip while keeping an excellent luster of food in the case of an unheated half-cooked product including meat and fishes and shellfishes, improving looseness on the surface in the case of a heated cooked product and preparing a food having excellent bright luster and a food using the powder seasoning. SOLUTION: This powder seasoning containing a starch degradation product and a guar gum is applied to the surface of meat, etc. to prevent outflow of drip while providing the meat with excellent luster. This food having lustrous and excellent appearance on the surface is obtained by heating the powder seasoning by an oven or a microwave oven.
