SOLUTION: A resin layer 3a of a prescribed thickness is formed on the surface for mounting the optical fiber 3f of a substrate 3d. Further, a groove 3g for fixing optical fiber in which the optical fiber is stored is formed and, at the same time, an overhanging part 3e which is narrower in width than the inside of the fixing groove 3g is preferably formed on the opening part of the fixing groove 3g by inwardly facing an opening edge of the resin layer 3a and extendedly disposing the same.
