PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize the inside of a personal computer, to miniaturize the personal computer, at the same time, to increase the degree of freedom of design, and to achieve novel design by exposing at least one part of the upper surface of a fixing part by rotating a rotary part, and by mounting a function part in the exposed site. SOLUTION: A blind surface on the upper surface of a fixing part 4 is utilized as mounting space of a display function part 17, a connection function part, or the like, thus extending the arrangement range of parts for operation and function parts in a personal computer 1, and diversifying the layout of the parts for operation and function parts inside the personal computer 1, and hence miniaturizing the personal computer 1 by the effective layout of the parts for operation and the function parts inside the personal computer 1. Also, a blind surface 17 on the upper surface of a fixing part 4 is shielded by a rotary part 5 in normal use, thus eliminating the need for a cover for protecting a function part 16 on the blind surface 17, or the like. Furthermore, the layout inside the personal computer 1 is diversified, thus increasing the degree of freedom of design.
