POWER SWITCHOVER CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switchover control device capable of closing and cutting the power with a desired timing. SOLUTION: This power switchover control device is provided with an operation time estimating unit 12 for estimating the fluctuations in the electrode switching time of a power switchgear, a zero-point detecting unit 11 for detecting at least one phase of the main circuit voltage 1 and the main circuit current 2, and a control signal generating unit 13 for outputting the electrode switching command 6 to the power switchgear at a phase obtained by adding fluctuations of the estimated electrode switching time to the prescribed phase as a reference detected by the zero-point detecting unit 11, when the electrode switching command 7 is input to the power switchgear.
