Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily assure whether a shaft of a CD player, etc., is inserted into a shaft insertion part of a viscous fluid sealed damper or not when the shaft is inserted to the shaft insertion part. SOLUTION: This viscous fluid sealed damper 10 has a cylindrical peripheral wall part 12, a thin flexible part 14 having pliability, the blind cylindrical and pliable shaft insertion part 18 formed in the state of projecting into the peripheral wall part 12 from the central part of the flexible part 14, a bottom wall part 20 and viscous fluid 22 inclosed therein. The shaft insertion part 18 is made translucent and at least either of the bottom wall part 20 and the peripheral wall part 12 is made translucent. The shaft 26 is inserted into the shaft insertion part 18 and is pressed in this state into the bottom wall part 20 or the peripheral wall part 12, by which the shaft insertion state may be made visually checkable from outside.
