Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for detecting the possibility of coronary rastenosis after percutaneous coronary angioplasty. SOLUTION: By an immunologically analyzing method through the use of anti-CD36 monoclonal antibodies which specifically react to human CD36 and of which especially the reactivity to human wash blood platelet membrane CD36 is suppressed dependently on the concentration of human plasma or through the use of antibody fragments of the anti-CD36 monoclonal antibodies, the affinity of monoclonal antibodies to human blood platelet CD36 in the presence of human plasma in each sample to be tested collacted before an operation of percutaneous coronary angioplasty and after the operation is analyzed to compare the preoperative affinity with the postoperative affinity. |
