Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain flowable polar rubber granules which exhibit a satisfactory activity in the cases of a polar polymer and copolymer, reduce the water adsorption of pulverized granules, and improve the coating acceptability of the pulverized polar polymer by including a process for hydrophobilizing the surface of a pulverizing agent. SOLUTION: This method for producing flowable polar rubber granules contains a process for hydrophobilizing the surface of a pulverizing agent. The pulverizing agent includes organic pulverizing agents (for example, the powder of a polyolefin such as polyethylene or polypropylene and carbon black), mineral pulverizing agents [for example, non-reinforcing and reinforcing fillers (for example, silica, talc, clay or mixed silica), metal oxides (for example, ZnO or MgO), and carbonate (for example, calcium carbonate)]. Preferable the polar rubber includes polychloroprene, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, and styrene- acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer.
