Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new nucleic acid composed of a recombinant plant virus nucleic acid derived from a (+)-sense single-strand RNA plant virus having inherent subgenom promoter and useful as a vector, etc., enabling the stable transfer and expression of an extraneous nucleic acid sequence. SOLUTION: This recombinant plant virus nucleic acid is derived from a (+)-sense single-strand RNA plant virus having intrinsic subgenom promoter and contains a 1st virus subgenom promoter actively connected to a 1st nucleic acid sequence coding for a plant virus coat protein and a 2nd plant virus subgenom promoter actively connected to a 2nd nucleic acid sequence free from natural relationship to the above (+)-sense single-strand RNA plant virus. Accordingly, it is a new recombinant plant virus nucleic acid enabling the systematic transfer of the above 2nd nucleic acid in a host plant of the above recombinant plant virus nucleic acid and is useful e.g. as a vector stable to the transfer and expression of an extraneous nucleic acid sequence.
