PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the setting error of a broadcasting time by notifying an operator about that the broadcasting time cannot be set when the broadcasting time to be set is in a preliminarily set broadcast inhibition time zone in the case of setting the broadcasting time. SOLUTION: An automatic program transmitting device 16 in a master station equipment 10 consists of an operating part, a displaying part, a broadcast inhibition time zone storing part and a controlling part. When the operating part sets a broadcasting time, the time is shown on the displaying part, time is also monitored by using an internal timer, and when the broadcasting time arrives, broadcasting is started. Also, when the operating part sets a broadcast inhibition time zone, the time zone is shown on the displaying part and also stored in the broadcast inhibition time zone storing part. When the broadcast inhibition time zone is set, whether or not a broadcast time that is tried to be set by an operator is the broadcast inhibition time zone is decided by referring to the broadcast inhibition time zone storing part in setting the broadcasting time, and when it is in the broadcast inhibition time zone, an alarm is displayed on the displaying part.
