PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for a small, flat wiring member for adapting it to miniaturizing and thinning an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A contact 2 disposed in a housing 20 is provided with a support piece 3 supported by the housing, and an elastic piece 10 extending from the support piece to the upper side of the support piece through a folded part 15, and a thin part 16 having a thickness smaller than the plate thickness of a body part 11 of the elastic piece is formed at the folded part. The lower surface 12 of the elastic piece at least partially abuts on the upper surface of the support piece with a flat wiring member 40 connected.
