Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating system using a solid electrolyte fuel cell having enhanced system efficiency. SOLUTION: In a power generating system by a fuel cell 11 using a solid electrolyte, after exhausted air 15 exhausted from the air electrode 10b of a fuel cell body is used as heat for heat exchange of an air pre-heater 17, a part of it is mixed with air 25 supplied from a recycle line 26 and is used again by preheating the air, and after fuel exhausted gas 12 exhausted from the fuel electrode 10a of the fuel cell body is used as heat for heat exchange of a fuel pre-heater 14, a part of it is mixed with fuel 20 supplied from a recycle line 21 and is used again by preheating the fuel.
