SOLUTION: A utilization information receiving part 21 receives desired conditions from a system 10 of the user and a facility intermediation system 20. The selection conditions of golf links registered in the facility intermediation system are registered in an information storage part 22. A first selecting processing part 23 selects the candidate golf links on the basis of the desired conditions from the user, and a transmission part 24 for facility information A (information related to the application of reservation) transmits the desired information of the user to the systems of the candidate golf links. A reception part 25 for facility information B (information related to possibility of utilization) receives the replies as to whether the utilization is to be accepted on the desired conditions of the use from the systems of golf links to which the information is transmitted. Then, a second selecting processing part 26 determines one golf link on the basis of the relies from the systems of these golf links and a result transmitting part 27 transmits the information of these golf links to the system of the user.
