Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display device which can be made lightweight and thin. SOLUTION: The display device 2 has a flexible screen display member (such as a liquid crystal panel) 6 to display a screen, a flexible protective member (such as a touch panel) 11, 12, 14, 15 disposed on the front face of the screen display member 6, and a screen display controlling part (such as a substrate on which various kinds of parts are mounted) 9 disposed on the back face of the screen display member 8. Further, the device is provided with a buffer member 8 between the screen display member 6 and the screen display controlling part 9.
