Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deviation of an image due to deviation in a joint part of writing beams that is projected from writing mechanisms composed of divided right and left parts. SOLUTION: In this device, right and left flanges 11A and 11B are assembled to a photoreceptor 10 in a state where difference in phases concerning a rotational direction is adjusted so that they are deviated for 180 degrees to each other when each of the flanges 11A and 11B is singly rotated and when the oscillation of a maximum displacement and a maximum displacement are generated in each, or else, the oscillation of a minimum displacement and a minimum displacement are generated in each and the writing mechanisms of 2 systems that are the right and the left are attached and connected to each other so that a writing scanning line is divided utilizing a point of interior divisions dividing and carrying out interior division of a length of the photoreceptor 10 in an axial direction at a proportion that is equivalent to a ratio of quantity of deviation generated at both ends when the photoreceptor 10 is rotated as a reference.
