Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for easily and quickly determining the cyanamide concentration in water on the surface of a rice field at site. SOLUTION: In this method and kit for easily determining cyanamide, inspection water containing the cyanamide and a plurality of standard liquids with a specific cyanamide concentration are prepared, pH is adjusted for each of the inspection water and each standard liquid, then nitroprusside containing ammonium carbonate is added for developing color, and the extent of color development of the inspection water is compared with the extent of color development of each standard liquid, thus determining the amount of cyanamide in the inspection water.
