Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quicken reuse, and to reduce a cost of excavating work by recovering a excavator by recovering a boring advance machine up to an excavation starting place or a recovering position via the inside of a pipe b releasing the connection of a propelling machine and the pipe. SOLUTION: A rotary board 1g is rotatably arranged in front of a boring advance machine 1, three horizontal rotary shafts 1c are arranged in a position eccentric from the rotational center of the rotary board 1g, a rotary excavating blade 1b is jornalled to the rotary shafts 1c, and the rotary excavating blade 1b is stopped at an angle housed in a pipe 2 to be put in a state of being housed in the pipe 2 to be pulled, returned and recovered by a pulling device 10 of a starting position. Thus, the undergrounf propelling machine 1 finished in excavation can be recovered to a starting position or a recovering position without disassembling without constructing a special arrival shaft and a recovering shaft to reduce a work cost as wel as to shorten a construction period.
