PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally hold the external appearance of a main entrance and make the utilization of a wheelchair and an automobile convenient by bringing a wheelchair exclusive slope close to the wall side of a living space, extending it in the comings and goings direction of automobile and continuously extending a flat part provided on one end to the living space. SOLUTION: A living a space A and a built-in car port B are arranged in one floor of a building 1, and a main entrance 2 is arranged in the front right side. A wheelchair exclusive slope S communicating with the living space A is provided. The slope S is brought close to the window side of the living space A, extends in a straight line in the comings and going direction of automobiles 81, 91, and a tilted part 10 and a flat part 11 are provided. The floor face of the edge side 6 of a Japanese style room 6 is continued, made substantially the same level, and an operable door 7 is provided in the entrance of a boundary. A planar part 12 making the same level as the floor face of a parking space 9 is provided, and one can gett-in and off from a wheelchair 20 to the automobile 91. Thereby normal external appearance is held as the main entrance, the utilization of the wheelchair and the automobile is made convenient, and the design of the building can be facilitated.
