Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of dioxins by charging a reducing agent into an RDF(refuse-derived fuel) production plant and reducing a chlorine gas generated in a drying step. SOLUTION: In a method for converting a waste into a solid fuel through steps of crushing, kneading, drying, selecting, and molding the waste, a reducing agent is charged into the waste before the drying step and/or into the drying step and/or into an exhaust gas produced in the drying step. Spraying is preferable as the charging method. A position where the discharged-gas temperature is 300 deg.C or higher is set as the blow-in position. For example, calcium phosphite and/or calcium hypophosphite having a particle size of 1 to 100 μm is used as the reducing agent. When charged into an exhaust gas, the reducing agent is charged in an amount of at least 0.01 g based on 1 Nm3 of the exhaust gas; and in the case of charging into the waste, the amount of the agent is at least 1 kg per ton of the waste. |
