Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hang a refuse bag between a pair of panels with a good appearance by interconnecting respective surfaces of the pair of panels having a plurality of slits at their top in a facing state and separably. SOLUTION: A support frame of a refuse bag is formed by interconnecting respective surfaces of a pair of panels 1, 1 having a plurality of slits 2 at their top in a facing state and separably through a connecting means 10. The panel 1 is constructed by surrounding four sides of a rectangular panel surface with standing edges, and its upper end has the plurality of slits 2 from the standing edges to the intermediate of a panel surface. The connecting means 10 comprises a set of arms 11 openable/closable X-like around an axis 12. One end of each arm is journalled to a journaling place 3 in the upper part of each panel 1, and each pin 13 provided for the other end of each arm is movably inserted into an oblong hole 4 in the lower part of the side surface of each panel 1 to separate or contact the pair of panels 1 from each other heeping a horizontal state accompanying opening or closing of the arms.
