SOLUTION: In this suspension device, H-shaped upper arm 7 is provided between an upper part attaching shaft 12 of a wheel part 6 of a wheel 5 and a vehicle frame 2. A leaf spring 8 is extended from a lower part of the vehicle frame 2, and an end of the leaf sprig 8 is wound to be rotatable around a lower part attaching shaft 18 of the wheel part 6. A shock absorber 9 is mounted to be extendable between a center of the upper arm 7 and the lower part attaching shaft 18.
