Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composite material having a polyurethane sheet, a method for manufacturing such a composite material structure and an artificial leather of the structure. SOLUTION: The composite material structure comprises one or more polyurethane sheets, a base sheet and particularly a fibrous base sheet. As needed, in the composite material structure having an adhesive sheet disposed between these sheets, at least one polyurethane sheet contains a polyurethane represented by a formula (wherein -O-R1-O- is a polyol residue having a functional function of a primary and/or secondary hydroxy group at an end, R1 and R2 are each independently an organic residue group having an aliphatic, cyclic aliphatic, aromatic and/or heterocyclic group, and n is an integer of 1 to 50,000).
